Google: Ten Golden Rules

One of the things that I am still enjoying when I am travelling abroad is that, until now at least, I do have have time to read papers and magazines on the plane, that otherwise I’ve to admit I wouldn’t have time to do so. As I was returning from a business trip in Germany I was lucky and I read one of the latest issues of Newsweek “The knowledge revolution”. I did found most of the articles more than interesting, and they did gave me a great push for brainstorming and some constructive thinking.

One of the articles that I did found interesting was about the way Google is working with its human resources. The article was about getting the most out of knowledge workers will be the key to business success for the next quarter century. Here’s how we do it at Google.
