Science, Technology and Innovation in Europe

Statistics on high-tech industries and knowledge-based services, patents and human resources in science and technology are also widely used to complete the picture.

It reveals  the contributions and expenditures on R&D; the characteristics of the high-skilled people participating; and  the innovation activities of enterprises and patenting . The report contains three parts:

  • PART 2: Monitoring the knowledge workers
  • PART 3: Productivity and competitiveness
