The second Smart City Expo & World Congress (SCE & WC) will be held between 13 and 15 November 2012 at the Fira Gran Via in Barcelona. In its first year, the event brought together over 6,000 participants from 51 countries, 118 speakers and 290 international companies, becoming one of the main world cities on smart and sustainable urban development.
