Short profileCentro Sviluppo, is the regional development agency of Valle d' Aosta and offers technical and economic resources, has specific experience and can provide complete and updated information and also innovative methods of intervention. Inform, sensitize, advise, form -these are the strategic verbs of the Centro Sviluppo. In a dynamic developing situation open to all Europe, such as that in Aosta Valley, brand new businesses or those in search of widening their horizons, or even administration aiming to improve efficiency require concrete support and relevant help in all fields for example: economy, organisation, commerce, logistics, law. Centro Sviluppo services are: offering products and real target based services to clients, facilitating development, consolidating the market internationally, providing technology and organisation for local agents, promoting, via the trade associations, all activities which allow for the socio-economic growth and reinforcement of this area. Activities in the field of Regional InnovationIn 1993, the Regional Government of Aosta Valley, in co-operation with Finaosta SpA (the finance company for the Aosta Valley Region) and many regional entrepreneurial Associations, national and regional Banks, decided to establish the Aosta Valley Regional Development Agency: Centro Sviluppo SpA, which has a central role in the economic & structural innovation strategy development of the whole Region. Centro Sviluppo is a legal entity as shareholders company with public majority. Since 1995 Centro Sviluppo has been an active member of the most important European Community information networks (such as IRC, EIC, EBN, EURADA, BRE and BC-NET) and has already an experience with NAC countries because of:
Centro Sviluppo has been founded with the aim to support SME's in innovation field, so Centro Sviluppo can be really considered the only mover and shaker of innovation in Aosta Valley Region with a central and unique role in the innovation strategy development. The Region, as in the past has not implemented RITTS/RIS/RTP previous projects, is always more strongly interested in regional Innovation Strategies, Policies and schemes to exchange experience and get access to good practices of other European Regions. One of the most important ways in order to achieve the above targets is the creation of co-operation structures and the preparation of projects with regions of EEA countries and with regions in NAC.
