STEP 2: APPLICATION EVALUATION
The evaluator analyses the available data according to incubator criteria and compiles an
evaluation report to the Committee (or to the responsible for entry authority). This report
constitutes the main points of the potential graduate and a proposal of the evaluator for
any corrective action needed to be taken in order to improve the enterprise’s performance
and maturity before exit the incubator.

STEP 3: GRADUATION
There is a committee conference based on the evaluator’s report and the exit criteria making
a decision for whether or not the enterprise is ready to graduate.

STEP 4: EXIT – AFTER INCUBATION SERVICES
If the final decision is positive there is a transaction of every legal action in order the
enterprise to be well-provisioned to exit the incubator. After the incubation stage the
incubator supports the enterprise for a time period. This step could be running and after the
completion of this final stage of the incubation period as is of high importance for viability
of the graduated company. Also a successful incubator must have and show it a high rate of
successful graduates.
