1.1.1      Users – Visitors E-business

This manual will help all E-Business Application’s users, to learn how they can enter in the application, get useful information, and personalize it, according to their needs by making specific profiles and schedules.

1.1.1.1       Entering E-Business Application

There are two different scenarios for entering in the application. The difference is between the activation or not of “Cookies”. The two different scenarios end up at the same place, at the Categories, but when the cookies aren’t enabled the user ends up at the “Root Categories” and in the opposite scenario, the user ends up at the “Personal Categories” (already personalized).

1.1.1.1.1   E-Business’s Home Page – without Cookies

This is the first page of E-Business Application. In this page, you have to choose between “Enter” and “Login”. You can “Login”, only if you are already a member and there is at least one account (profile) for you. Otherwise, you have to “Enter” in order to make a profile for you, or to enter the application by using a Temporary Registration.

 


 

1.1.1.1.1.1     Login Page

In the Login Page, the only think you have to do is to fill in login and password and then select the Login Button.

 

1.1.1.1.1.2     Default Settings

If this is your first time in E-Business Application, you have already choose the “Enter” button, and now you are in “Default Settings” page, where you choose the distance range, within you like to get information and the language. After that you have to select the “Temporary Registration” button to continue.

 


 

1.1.1.1.1.3     Location Information 

If you don’t have an active GPS Device, you will have to select the nearest place, either from the “Select” button, which includes the available places list, or from the “Map” button. The Distance combo will let you choose the range distance within you like to get information.

 

1.1.1.1.1.4     Root Categories 

After the “Location Information”, or in case that your GPS Device is activated, after the “Default Settings”, the next page is the “Root Categories”. While you are in the Root Categories, the application displays the locations which are suitable according to your “Temporary Registration” and in the distance range, you have already selected when entering the application.

 

1.1.1.1.2   E-Business’s Home Page – with Cookies

This is the first page of E-Business Application. In this page, you have to “Enter” to continue. Your default profile will send you to the Personal Categories page.

 

 

1.1.1.1.2.1     Login Page

If you are using Cookies, you don’t need the login page, except if you would like to use another profile, instead of the default. In that case, the only think you have to do is to fill in login and password and then select the “Login” button for going to the “Personal Categories” page, of this specific profile.

 

1.1.1.1.2.2     Personal Categories  

You‘ve been in E-Business Application before, and now you chose the “Enter” button because you have at least one profile. After the submission, you are in the “Personal Categories” page, where your GPS Device, has informed the E-Business’s database the location spot you are, and the application displays you the locations which are suitable according to you profile and schedule.

 


 

1.1.1.2       Get Useful Information

In this section you will find out, what kind of information is included in E-Business Application, and how you can get this.

1.1.1.2.1   Place List

In the “Place List”, you can see all the places that have been submitted, in the database. They are sorted by the entering time. From this point you can choose a place and see all the categories with submitted data (locations).

 

1.1.1.2.2   Categories

If you have been logged, then you are seeing the “Personal Categories”, otherwise you are seeing the “Root Categories”. In the page “Root Categories”, the sorting is arranged by the administrator, but in the “Personal Categories” page, you can choose the sorting by your preferences. This menu is arranged from the “Bookmarks” section.

 



1.1.1.2.3   Places

This is the index with locations. They are sorted by the entering time. Here you can see the name and the address of the location. If you want to see more details, you have to click on the link If you have been logged then you have the ability to subscribe this category. In this page you can also see all other users, who are subscribed in the same category. The subscription gives you the ability to connect with other people, who are subscribed in the same category by comments.

 

1.1.1.2.4   Detail Page- Locations

In detail page you can see all the information that has been submitted for a location. Those can be the name, address, telephone, images, multimedia files, map and nearby links. If you have been logged then you have the ability to subscribe from this page too.

  

 

 

 

 

1.1.1.2.5   Search 

From the “Search” section, you can search anything in the whole database. For beginning any search, you can write a full word or some letters from a word.

1.1.1.2.6   Search Results 

The results are sorted first by categories and then by locations.

 

 

1.1.1.3       Personalize E-Business

In this section, you will learn how you can personalize the E-Business Application, according to your needs.


 

 

1.1.1.3.1   Configuration

In case that you are in “Temporary Registration” and you would like to be a registered member, you have to make a profile. Making a profile is very simple. You just choose the “Configuration” section and then fill all the necessary fields.

 

1.1.1.3.2   Schedule

After finishing your profile, the application gives you the ability, to make multiple schedules, according to your needs. You just have to choose the “New” button and then the “Insert” button. You can rearrange your schedules any time you want, from the same path, by choosing it and then by editing it.

 

1.1.1.3.3   Bookmarks

Either you are logged or not, you have access to the “Bookmarks” section. The difference is, as you can see at the screenshots below, in their content. In case that you aren’t registered, you are seeing the message from the one which is on the left side. If you are registered, meaning if you already have at least one profile, filled with bookmarks, then you are seeing the other one, which is on the right side.

 

After finishing with profile, you can select from the “Root Categories”, any category you prefer and put them at the “Bookmarks”. If you have already fill the “Bookmarks” section, then any time you see your “Personal Categories”, you will see only those, who are selected as “Bookmarks”.

1.1.2.2       Get Useful Information

In this section you will find out, what kind of information is included in E-Government Application, and how you can get this.

1.1.2.2.1   Place List

1.1.2.2.3   Places

1.1.2.2.4   Detail Page- Locations

In detail page you can see all the information that has been submitted for a location. Those can be the name, address, telephone, images, multimedia files and nearby links. If there is any “Place” submitted in a location, where a location in this case, can be a procedure, this is the page where you can see it. As you can see in the screenshot below, a procedure is the “Passport Issue”, which can be published from the “Places” Test1 - Municipality, Test2 - Police Station and Test3 – Tax Office. So in the Passport Issue detail page, you can also see the “Places” of “Passport Issue”).

 

 

 


 

1.1.2.2.5   Search

1.1.2.3       Personalize E-Government

After finishing with profile, you can select from the “Root Categories”, any category you prefer and put them at the “Bookmarks”. If you have already fill the “Bookmarks” section, then any time you see your “Personal Categories”, you will see only those, who are selected as “Bookmarks”.

 

You can also set up any location you like, as Bookmark from the places page, as you can see from the screenshot below.
