The section INNOVATION TOOLS of the Web site includes information on innovation and knowledge management techniques, which facilitate the assimilation and implementation of innovations by companies, technology supply and transfer organisations.
We present short reports describing each Innovation Management Technique (IMT) with the objective to inform about:
- The description of the technique (what is the technique, objectives of the technique, structure of the methodology, alternative solutions, expected results and benefit, consultants and providers supporting the implementation).
- The application (where the technique has been applied, type of firms and organisations concerned, implementation costs, conditions for implementation, infrastructures and modifications required, European organisations supporting the implementation), and
- The implementation procedure (phases and steps, partial techniques and tools included in each step, related software applications).
