6.NETWORKING IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY
1. PROJECT GOALS
The project's goal is to improve co-operation among businesses in the textile industry and to develop new types of
production based on complementarity and reciprocity. Specifically, the project is designed to:
Broaden technology co-operation among businesses, and
Improve their capacity for innovation through co-operation and complementary activities

3. SERVICES OFFERED
The business network that will be constituted will multiply the capacity of participating firms in the fields
of research, innovation, co-operation in production and market access. In particular, it will develop joint activities
in the field of product development, quality control and access to new markets.
The services supplied by the network will include joint development of new products, organisation of collaboration
in the production process, organisation of promotion and marketing of the products of joint production.
4. STEPS IN THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE PROJECT
Establishing the framework and the manner of operation of the network
Informing businesses and inviting their participation
Formulating a pilot co-operative action relating to the development, co-production, marketing and promotion of
a new product on the international market products, co-production, marketing and promotion of the products to new markets
Providing information on the results of the actions
Broadening the scope and increasing membership of the network
