Realizing the Potential of Blockchain: A Multistakeholder Approach to the Stewardship of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies is a white paper produced by World Economic Forum, that tries to shed light on blockchain governance challenges and multistakeholder cooperation opportunities. More specifically, this report provides a structured analytical framework and taxonomy for use by industry, technical, governmental, civil society and other stakeholders in considering how they might collaborate to resolve problems and unlock opportunities beyond the reach of any single actor.
The first dissemination event of the Online S3 project was held on March 23rd, 2017 in Brussels and gathered more than 40 participants from regional administrations, EU institutions, research organisations, consultancies and other relevant stakeholder groups. The aim of the workshop was to showcase the findings of the EU wide mapping of methods used by regional and national partnerships to develop Smart Specialisation Strategies (S3).

The report provides all the necessary information related to the calculation of Global Human Capital Index, in order to shed light on the quantification process of this parameter.
Prepared by a network of experts from more than a dozen countries in an open, collaborative and consensus-building manner, the report aims to be a playbook for government officials, civil society and business leaders. Envisioned as a living resource, the intention is to add new case studies over time as other countries share their experiences with national digital policies.
